Features of 3pc Ball Valve

Durable Valve Body

The valve body is made of WCB, CF8, or CF8M stainless steel, with a normal service life of 8–10 years in industrial pipelines.
Three-Piece Maintainable Structure

The 3pc Ball Valve features a three-piece body design, allowing for cleaning or seal replacement by disassembling the middle section without dismantling the entire pipeline.
High Sealing Performance

The ball and seat are precision-machined and combined with PTFE, RPTFE, or PEEK sealing materials to maintain Class VI sealing performance, reducing the risk of internal leakage.
Anti-Blow-Out Stem Design

The anti-blow-out stem design prevents the stem from being pushed out by the medium under high pressure, improving system safety.
